1. How can I track my order?

To check the status of your order, click on ‘Track your order’ to see the real-time updates.

2. Why is my order being Cancelled?

We generally do not cancel orders but due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes we may have to cancel an order. Our support team will keep you posted if your order has been cancelled.

3. I currently live outside India. Can I get my order shipped Internationally?

We currently only offer domestic shipping and regret to inform you that international shipping is not available at this time. Stay tuned for future updates on this.

4. How do I share product links with my friends/family?

You can share the product using the browser link through SMS/Whatsapp etc.

5. Do you notify for your fresh arrivals and deals?

For any discounts and fresh arrivals, a notification will be sent out if you enable the notifications.

6. How do I know your products are genuine, are there any certificates available?

Unfortunately, there are no certificates available for authentication. But our sarees are sourced from native weavers and are the best of quality.

7. Why is tax being charged on my order?

Tax is levied on the sale of any commodity, which here represents Goods and Service Tax (GST). This tax is collected and deposited by Aabhaari.com to the relevant government authorities. All products are inclusive of tax.

8. What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?

For all online order, our delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse

9. How do I care for my saree?

Each saree comes with care instructions, but generally dry cleaning or gentle handwashing is recommended to preserve the intricate details.

10. What is your return policy?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase . Please refer to our return policy on our website for detailed information.

11. Are there physical stores where I can purchase Aabhaari sarees?

Currently, Aabhaari operates exclusively online. Explore our collection on our website.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

13 . Are your sarees suitable for everyday wear or special occasions only?
